Yeah! - TWO WEEKS OLD & TARGET

Mommy and Daddy decided not to take any pictures of me yesterday when I was sleeping, fussing, or feeding...and that was about all I did yesterday so, this is all there was to discuss. I got to rest a little bit on a super soft blanket from G.G. Pitman. It is nice and big so I can fuss around on it.

But, my friend Sam and Mama Jenn came over to see me and Mommy. She works with my Mommy and they had fun catching up. Sam played with all the buttons in the house and "fixed" the TV for Daddy. They brought some great food over and, what Daddy said, were probably the best cookies ever. He wouldn't let me have one...can you believe that?

Then it was just the ol' parents and me again last night. We all did ok, but I didn't really want to sleep so much this morning, and I didn't want Daddy to go to work, so I fussed and Daddy held me for a while and bounced me while Mommy got some much needed shut-eye. Then I fed some and slept the rest of the morning...Mommy did too.

Then Nana came back today. She actually came to clean the house, but she hung out with me too. She and Mommy took me on my first real outing...SHOPPING...I like that type of outing. We all went to Target (do I need a registered trademark to talk about Target on my blog?...can I be sued if I am only two weeks old?...I am two weeks old today!) Truth be told, I must have gotten a little too excited about the whole deal 'cause I slept the whole time...but it sounded like fun. Aunt Kim told me Taget is the best, so maybe I will wait and be awake when she takes me. When are you coming back Aunt Kim?

Grandaddy is coming over for dinner too. The Farwells, you know Tate and Kensie's Mom and Dad, brought us some more yummy food and some good looking cookies...I will see if Grandaddy will let me have one...he seems easier than Daddy. Tate, Kensie, and Miss Janie are all sick...I hope they get better soon...I want to meet them.

I should go and finish my dinner...See ya!

Hey little Bean. You are right - Target is awesome! But you need to learn six little words that will help you go even further in your Target adventures: "Daddy, can I have that, please?" (If you draw out the word "Daddy" and make a cute little face all at the same time, you will be set!)You just let Mrs. Jenn know if she can be of further assistance!

yes, aunt kim will take you to target whenver you want to go. it's just about the best place in the world. my motto is, if it's not at target, you don't need it.

i'll be back to see you in less than 2 weeks (it'll be nana's birthday and your dedication at church). this weekend i have to sing--wish me luck! love you lots little one. :-)
