I'm Here!

I decided to come out! This past Friday, after mom got done talking at a purity conference at a church, we went home and saw daddy. I made mommy uncomfortable for a while and then waited until 3:30 and I decided all that water I was swimming in was getting a bit old...so I popped the little bubble to let it all out (mom was happy cause I did it as she was already on her way to use the bathroom, again). It was nice not to be floatin' any more, but then every so often it got really tight in there. So I made my way down...it seemed easiest. Mommy did great every time I was getting squeezed, but she eventually got some medicine so she cold take a nap while I was working my way out. At 1:47, I came out and started breathing this neat stuff called air. They measured me and said I was 6 pounds and 9 ounces (the doctor guessed I was 7lb. 15oz., but he was way off...but he was really nice). Then they checked me all over, and said I was 19 3/4 inches. I got to meet my Nana and Mimi, and my Grandpas and my super cool Aunts. It was a crazy day after that. I don't remember most of it, 'cause I was sleepin' but I met a lot of other really nice people that night too. There was Miss Jenn, Mr. James and Miss Karen and this cool spinning boy named Elijah. I saw Miss Janie and Mr. John. Miss Sue came and her pretty daughter Sierra brought me a balloon. I haven't really been able to see the ballooon yet, but mommy says it is nice. I like momy and daddy. Daddy is the best swaddler around and mommy and I are getting along great. I liked meeting them so much that I didn't really want to sleep much Saturday night.

Sunday was great day. I learned how to eat better. I got some shots to make sure I don't get sick. I slept a lot more and I met a bunch more new people. Miss Amy and Mr. David came to see me, and Miss Jenn brought Mr. Tim and a really cute boy named Sam (I think he smiled at me). My super 2nd cousin Laura came to see me. Miss Regina came too. Then Mr. Ron and Miss Ann Marie celebrated me, and prayed a sweet prayer over me. Even Mimi and Papa's friend, from Nashville, Mr. Barnett came to see me.

I came home earlier today, and I really like my new place. You should all come see me and my cool nursery. I met the Chiropractor today and he said I am doing pretty good for what all I went through. I get to go meet my pediatrician tomorrow morning. So that should be fun! I told dad to put a couple pictures down below of me after I came out. Doesn't mommy look pretty up top?
