We had some good NC BBQ on Thursday night at a very cool park, but those kids from the Northwest brought their weather with them. It was COLD and rainy, so I don't have a single picture to show for that evening. However, Nana and Granddaddy introduced me to the best mac & cheese ever. I ate Nana's whole helping. I'm a fan now.
Friday we had the Rehearsal. I practiced walking down the aisle with Mama. I had some flowers to hold, which I originally thought was a ball to throw, but I was corrected...several times. Here is everyone at the dinner afterwards. I didn't get to stay very long. Mimi, Papa and Aunt Liz took me back to bed.

On the day of the wedding, all the girls had a brunch, but I didn't get to go to that either. Just as well, I don't think I like shrimp & grits.

You can really start to see my baby in this picture. By the way, I like to lay my head on Mama's belly and give the baby a kiss.

Finally it was time to get dressed. Doesn't my Aunt look beautiful?

But even after we got dressed, we still had to wait FOREVER. We were all in this tiny room in the back of the church and we had to be quiet. Thankfully there were stairs.

"We" held sparklers when they left, but I didn't get to play with the fire. Papa held me so I could see it all...from a distance.
Aunt Kim and Uncle Gregg got everyone gifts or being in the wedding with them. They got me this cool backpack with my name on it. As soon as I got it I knew exactly what it was for...

When it was time to go home, Granddaddy took me for a ride down the halls in the luggage cart. All in all, it was a great time!
Next I'll have a post about my trip to Seattle. There's lots to tell there too.
Bye for now.
