Easter Adventures

I had my first Easter! I will update you with deatails later, Now Daddy says I need to go get some shots. He says I won't like it, but it is what is best for me. I have a feeling I will be hearing this "cause we know what is best for you" line a lot in the future. See ya in a bit.

...Ok, I'm back. My Easter weekend started Saturday when Daddy came home from work and they packed me and my cute purple pants up and drove to have dinner with Nana, Grandaddy, Aunt Kim, and Miss Tammy at the Dixie Queen. I am not sure why I was so fussy last time I went there, 'cause it is great. I even got to eat too and Aunt Kim helped me with that.

Then I went to Nana and Grandaddy's home and tried out their new pack-n-play with a changing table. I liked it too.
I slept pretty well and woke up and fed and Mommy put this pretty purple dress on me with a comfy white sweater to boot. I sat in church with Mommy and Aunt Kim and they sang nice, but the rest of the people were too loud, so Daddy and I went outside to snuggle and I fell asleep and waited until Nana was showing me off to all her friends to wake up. They were all very nice and friendly. Nana knows a lot of people.
I had cute socks on too, but took them off for the pictures.
Mommy and Daddy dressed up too. Doesn't Mommy look great? She wore purple too. Everyone thought I was older than I am, 'cause she looks so small.
Then the Easter Bunny came and Aunt Kim helped me open my basket and put my new hat on. I actually got two hats from the bunny. How does he know I like hats? (Mommy and Daddy said they saw a butterfly get off the subway in New York one time, and they assumed it was going to Bloomingdales to buy a hat that would turn out to be a mistake as almost all hats are...these however are not, and how is a butterfly supposed to wear a hat? Daddy said it was a movie quote, and they didn't really go to New York...Aunt Kim did though...what happened to the Old York?)
Miss Tammy and Aunt Kim left us and then we just had a normal evening. I changed into a Happy Easter outfit from Aunt Regina with a cute fuzzy tail on my bottom. Daddy said it was ok for now, but we would talk about drawing attention to certain body parts later...whatever Dad. I slept some more in my pack-n-play and got up to come home for my Dr. appointment.
I'm not really an oinker, but everyone is telling me to eat a lot, so Mommy and I have been working on that. I gained 2 pounds and 7 ounces in 5 weeks. I got longer by 1 and 1/4 inches, and my head grew, but not too much. I am still 15th percentile for "height", and dropped from 35th to 30th percentile for my "head" (heed as Daddy says), but jumped from 15th to 45th percentile in weight. Mommy said I am just following my heritage. She and Aunt Kim turned out petite and pretty so I should be just fine. Maybe they will let me have cookies soon.
I got 4 shots too, and Mommy and Daddy held me tight and I did really well. I only cried a little bit and I really like this new Tylenol stuff too.
I'm gonna run and eat and sleep some more.
See ya.
