"I did that."

Our first "I did that" is from Miss Mycah. She drew this "Humpty Dumpty" all by herself today...literally. Tim was outside, I was working on the computer and Caleb was sleeping. We had to go find Daddy at once. Seriously, she's 3.
And, from the handsome little mister...it's a good thing he's so cute for this one. As I was cleaning upstairs last week he ventured downstairs, got into my purse, found my lipstick and colored the floor and lots of other things including the cream colored cushions on our entry-way bench. This is all that was left of a full tube of lipstick.
We learned that Zout stain remover gets lipstick out of cushion covers. And, we gave thanks again for Pergo floors. No real damage done, except to the lipstick and to Mama's overall attitude for the day.

When Kimberly, Nana and I went to NYC back in May we took the Behind the Emerald Curtain backstage tour of Wicked! the musical. I used my spending money on too-cute-for-their-own-good t-shirts for the kids. Mycah's is pink with bubbles and a wand and says "Popular". Caleb's has the "hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil" flying monkeys. Kimberly and I joked that Tim would know what kind of day it had been if Caleb had on the Wicked shirt. Well, guess what...

Oh my! At least you have a wordless way to express the day. Just remember, "no good deed goes unpunished." :-)
