After watching a commercial on the Disney Channel in which the Tooth Fairy was going to visit one of the shows, the following conversation took place.
Mycah: Daddy, what is the Tooth Fairy!?!
Daddy: The what? (parental stall tactic... just wait for the real tough questions like 'Dad, can you explain the Trinity?'...'No, ask Uncle Gregg')
Mycah: The Tooth Fairy!
Daddy: Well, one day your cute little teeth will fall out so you can get big people teeth, and you can hide them under your pillow and the Tooth Fairy will bring you a treat.
Mycah: Yeah... well...but we don't have one of those in our country.
So, how would you respond to that? Oddly enough the next show was Charlie and Lola in which Lola refuses to allow her "wobbly tooth" to fall out. I guess the tooth market in England must be good enough that the Tooth Fairy doesn't need "our country" any more.
