Party Girl

I know you have all been anxiously awaiting birthday pictures. My weekend of celebration was so much fun. Here I am on Sunday, my birthday. Mama got me this cute plaid jumper for the occasion. On Saturday I had a little party with my family and a few friends. Mimi, Papa and Aunt Liz came all the way from TN. Nana, Granddaddy, Aunt Kim and Granny were here too. I really enjoyed playing with my friends Tate, Kensie, Elijah, Gabriel and Sam. We had lots of fun!!

I'm not sure what was more fun, cake or presents...

I do think Sam liked the cake best.I do love reading my cards...I am still enjoying them actually.

I've found it's quite handy to have older friends...they can show you how to open gifts really quickly!
This shirt came from Uncle Gregg...he's in the army way out in Seattle, WA.
All in all, it was a fabulous first birthday. I'm quite keen to have another! I'll post more pictures later...
